These Terms govern your use of the Neonetic Studios website and products. By accessing the site, purchasing a product, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & licenses

• Desktop apps (e.g., MIDI Soundboard, Streaming App): sold under a one-time license for personal use on the number of devices stated at purchase. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
• Subscription apps (e.g., Numofin): provided on a recurring (monthly/annual) basis for as long as your subscription is active. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Free apps (e.g., Flappy Banana 2): provided free and ad-supported, "as is".
• Enterprise (Creditio QA): provided under a separate quote/agreement.

2. Payments & taxes

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, who handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax). Prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience; the charged amount and currency are confirmed at checkout.

3. Refunds

Eligible one-time purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future billing. Refund requests are handled per Polar's policies and applicable law — contact info@neoneticstudios.com.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or pirate our software, nor use our services to break the law, infringe rights, or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content remain the property of Neonetic Studios. Your license grants use rights only — not ownership.

7. Disclaimers

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonetic Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your province/country]. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
